Erisco Foods Limited is a leading Nigerian food product manufacturer, incorporated in Nigeria in 2004 but started its operations in the year 2009, manufacturing Tomato Paste, Seasoning, Rice, Milk cubes and more.

Erisco is actively recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a technical thorough team that deliver all key performance indicators (% OEE, Yield, Wastage, Quality etc.)
• Responsible for plant utilization, factory efficiency and the production plan for improved productivity and manufacturing cost
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of safe, healthy and motivated workforce through compliance to high level of hygiene and good manufacturing practices in the factory
• Handling of factory cost and HS optimization through control of the production processes, raw and packaging material usages and variances
• Ensuring all work carried out comply with the relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety and reliability
• Responsible for the management the production environment including setting, implementing and monitoring production policies, standard operating procedures and practices.
• Responsible for controling and monitoring production vacancies and costs to ensure they comply and meet annual budgeted targets
• Responsible for delivering and improving production volumes and quality KPI's to meet plan within budget
• Handling of all production activities and ensure that products are made within specification
• Responsible for weekly and monthly material usage variances, production summary and comparison of issue reports
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a disciplined and motivated workforce while ensuring strict compliance to good manufacturing practices

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Candidate should hold an HND/B.Sc/ B.Eng/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry.
• A minimum of five years relevant experience.
• Previous experience working in the same capacity in a FMCG company
