PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) Nigeria is recruiting on behalf of their client; the Nigeria Solidarity Support Fund (NSSF) which is set up to provide support to the Nigeria citizens towards containing the COVID-19 pandemic by drawing on practical lessons learned globally, creating awareness and enhancing health care infrastructure. The Fund will utilize Global Citizen’s platform to raise awareness and enlist the support and contributions of the public and private sectors, civil society, and the international community.

Role Title: Executive Director
Location: FCT, Abuja.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO/MD to drive the achievement of the organisation’s strategic agenda of alleviating the financing constraints faced by Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria.
- Driving effective stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, operational excellence and strategy implementation through the tactical operations of the business.
- Support the CEO/MD in the implementation of strategies around fund raising, business development, strategic partnership development, loan disbursement excellence etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Applicant should possess a minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any relevant field.
- Hold a postgraduate or professional qualifications or certifications such as ACIB, ICAN, MBA etc.
- Have a minimum of fifteen years progressive work experience.
- Minimum of ten years cognate experience in the banking sector.
- A minimum of eight years relevant work experience as top or senior management officer.
- Previous experience in commercial banking and development finance or social impact is desirable
- Vast knowledge of the Nigerian Banking Sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MSME Financing, Risk Sharing and Social Impact Knowledge.
