Role Title:  Business Development Executive
Location: FCT, Abuja

 

Role Responsibility:

•    Development of Group business plans that would include business initiative and marketing strategies for the Group.
•    Development of networks of landowners and financiers to achieve overall Group goals.
•    Provision of PESTLE analysis - political, economic social, technological, legal and environmental impact analysis
•    Secure ALL building approvals/ permits for Group’s projects in Nigeria.
•    Expected to liaise with Design & Project Management Unit, Corporate Services for all technical and 

necessary documents/requirements to aid building approvals and or permits.
•    Provision report on data concerning project viability, client needs and market gaps for management investment.
•    Preparation of report on land appraisal and acquisition, while ensuring that searches at the various land registries have been conducted.
•    Provision of data concerning price (per sqm), size, regulations requirements regarding property acquisition, development and construction.
•    Building and maintenance of important client relationships.
•    Identifying and maintenance of inter-governmental relationships on federal (MDA’s and parastatals) and State Governments and its Agencies for business development.
•    Building referral and lead generation network.
•    Expected to conduct due diligence and process co-ordination towards securing partnership schemes.



Required Qualification:


•    A graduate of any relevant course.
•    At least two years cognate work experience.
