Customer Service & HMO / Billing Officer Job opening at Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre

 

Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is a reputable multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation round the clock facility focused on the treatment and management of cardiovascular diseases and trigger diseases using both invasive and non-invasive procedures, as well as preventive cardiology.

They are actively recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title:  Customer Service and HMO / Billing Officer

Location: Lagos

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Handle HMO management, processes and procedures
  • Responsible for explaining benefits, eligibility status, enrolment processing procedures and status of authorizations and referrals to patients/clients
  • Carryout patience data management
  • Responsible for registering of new patients
  • Responsible for collation of HMO bills.
  • Responsible for correction of errors found in bills.
  • Management of receivables from clients via cash, cheque, direct payment and
  • You are to ensure proper invoicing
  • Handle retrieval of patients records
  • Reconciliation of HMO account
  • You are to ensure daily sales are reconciled with the system for proper accounting and audit

 

Required Qualification:

  • At least one year proven working experience.
