Role Title: Customer Service and HMO / Billing Officer
Location: Lagos
Role Responsibility:
- Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Handle HMO management, processes and procedures
- Responsible for explaining benefits, eligibility status, enrolment processing procedures and status of authorizations and referrals to patients/clients
- Carryout patience data management
- Responsible for registering of new patients
- Responsible for collation of HMO bills.
- Responsible for correction of errors found in bills.
- Management of receivables from clients via cash, cheque, direct payment and

- Handle retrieval of patients records
- Reconciliation of HMO account
- You are to ensure daily sales are reconciled with the system for proper accounting and audit
Required Qualification:
- At least one year proven working experience.
