Food Concepts is actively recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title:  Management Graduate Trainee

Location: Ikot – Ekpene road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Managing the implementation of local sales building programmes
  • Ensuring outstanding customers' service is delivered always.
  • Developing Operations Excellence Audit action plan.
  • Ensuring that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are always adhered to.
  • Responsible for Financial planning
  • Maintaining overall quality and service standards.
  • Following up on management team shift control issues
  • Developing budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
  • Keeping close contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness using customer comment cards.
  • Responding to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
  • Conducting management meetings.
  • Communicating and implementing national and local promotions.

 

Required Qualification:

  • Preferred candidate must be residing in Uyo
  • B.Sc / HND in any related discipline.
  • At least one-year cognate experience in the hospitality business
  • Minimum of 2nd class lower division (B.Sc.) or Lower credit (HND)
  • Outstanding leadership, motivational and management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc.
  • Ability to respond quickly to internal and external clients’ request.
  • Preferred applicant must be a person of Integrity
  • Assertive and tenacious individual
  • Highly responsive of internal and external clients’ request.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Carryout the financial planning of the store
  • Applicant would be responding to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
  • Engage in management meetings.
  • Communicate and implement the national and local promotions.
  • Maintaining of the overall quality and service standards.
  • Regularly flow up on management team shift control issues
  • Designing of budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
  • Responsible for delivering outstanding customers' service always.
  • Preferred Applicant is expected to ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are always adhered to.
  • Maintaining contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness using customer comment cards

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Preferred applicant must be residing in Lagos Island
  • A graduate with B.Sc / HND in any suitable area.
  • At least one-year cognate experience in the hospitality business
