Lumos is actively recruiting for the position below.
Role Title: Assistant Manager, Marketing Communication
Location: Lagos State.
Role Responsibility:
- Presentation and execution of creative ideas for marketing activities
- Management and planning advertising campaign
- Helping in the development and optimization of marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
- Meeting with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
- Work closely with third party agencies
- Development of Marketing communications briefing to third parties
- Researching markets and studying the company's brand
- Coordination with sales teams, product development and other teams
- Tracking of budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Analyze industry, competition, and market trends
- Preparation of reports on brand performance and sales.
Required Qualification:
- BSc / BA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any suitable course
- Possession of a master's / MBA would be an advantage
- At least five years Experience.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or in any Marketing Communication related position
- Knowledge of advertising campaign planning mand management
- Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
- Possess the ability to conduct research and analyze data
