Role Title:  Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

 

Role Responsibility:

 

    Contacting of potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
    Maintenance of an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
    Responding to customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
    Development of in-depth knowledge of company products.
    Responsible for collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

Required Qualification:

    Hold a bachelor's degree,
    Possession of a master’s degree would be an added advantage.
    Possess 0-5 years work experience.
