Proten International client is a leading Construction Chemicals company in the industry.

Proten International is actively recruiting for their client for the position below.

 

Role Title: Regional Sales Representative

Location: Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Management of potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, through strict adherence and in accordance with and to channel rules of engagement.
  • Liaise and harmonize with the organization and subsequent channel partners to maximize the utility of the partnership
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources,
  • You are required to meet and exceed the partner performance objectives and partners expectations.
  • You will be responsible for selling company products and services through resellers and channels in assigned territory.
  • You will be the company’s brand ambassador in all activities associated with reseller and channel support.
  • Excellently meets and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Responsible to proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • You will be expected to proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Establishment of productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Selling through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate must hold a degree or diploma in Civil or Chemical Engineering or any related field.
  • Competence in the use of MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in the relevant industry is an added advantage
  • Three years of experience within the construction chemical industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess a professional appearance and the right attitude always.
  • Proven ability to relate technical information to non-technical people at all levels.
