Role Title:  Asset Tracking Analyst

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Keeping track of transactions and follow up on a regular basis.
  • Producing monthly reports, update accounting records, balances, and handle complaints from customer regarding billing.
  • In-charge of collection and analyzing of data from several sources.
  • Monitor development and reporting of Fleet compliance KPI’s
  • Oversee the measurement and reporting of driver compliance and performance, including training compliance monitored through Effective Software
  • In-charge of vehicle mileage reporting and fuel efficiency
  • In-charge vehicle maintenance reporting, including tyres, servicing, planned maintenance etc
  • Responsible for fleet utilisation and capacity analysis
  • In-charge of administration of fleet insurance claims
  • In-charge administration of fleet tracker file and vehicle per location reporting
  • Liaise with third party vehicle tracker software companies as required
  • Providing creative alternatives and initiate new procedures in billing task and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • In-charge of collection and analyzing of data from several sources.
  • Monitor development and reporting of Fleet compliance KPI’s
  • Oversee the measurement and reporting of driver compliance and performance, including training compliance monitored through Effective Software
  • In-charge of vehicle mileage reporting and fuel efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the business function
  • Expected to drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
  • Complying with Health & Safety requirements as per training, policies, procedures, risk assessments.

 

Required Qualification:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Social Science course.
  • Three years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis or any related course.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to pay attention to accuracy and detail required
  • Must be able to work independently with proven result
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Role Title:  Billing Officer

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Responsible for sending reminders for payments and contact customers when the need arises.
  • Keeping track of transactions and follow up on a regular basis.
  • Required to drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
  • Producing monthly reports, update accounting records, balances, and handle complaints from customer regarding billing.
  • Providing creative alternatives and initiate new procedures in billing task and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • In-charge identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the business function
  • In-charge of Compiling, Analyzing and Recording data/bills, preparing, and issuing invoices and providing customer service.

 

Required Qualification:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Social Science courses.
  • Three years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related areas.
  • Ability to work independently with proven result
  • Proficient use of the ERP.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to pay attention to accuracy and detail
  • Sound analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Ability to display computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
