Role Title: Billing Officer
Location: Lagos State.
Role Responsibility:
- Responsible for sending reminders for payments and contact customers when the need arises.
- Keeping track of transactions and follow up on a regular basis.
- Required to drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
- Producing monthly reports, update accounting records, balances, and handle complaints from customer regarding billing.
- Providing creative alternatives and initiate new procedures in billing task and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- In-charge identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the business function
- In-charge of Compiling, Analyzing and Recording data/bills, preparing, and issuing invoices and providing customer service.
Required Qualification:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Social Science courses.
- Three years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related areas.
- Ability to work independently with proven result
- Proficient use of the ERP.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to pay attention to accuracy and detail
- Sound analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to display computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
