Role Title: Senior Project Administration Assistant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State.
Role Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of efficient filing system and database on project activities and stakeholders
- Provision of general project administrative support.
- Organize logistical arrangements for meetings, seminars, conferences, and duty travels.
- Helping with payments of travel advances in case of need.
- Monitor, supervise and follow up with project partners to ensure field reports are submitted promptly.
- Liaise with other team members and to contribute to the preparation of technical and financial reports
- Participation and documentation of deliberations during project meetings
- Booking of flight and hotel, preparation of travel authorization (TA) requests, processing visa requests.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold B.Sc or HND in Arts, Social Sciences, or any relevant course.
- Minimum of five years relevant experience working similar position
- Verifiable experience as an executive assistant or other equivalent administrative support experience.
- Very experience in the usage of computer, office software packages.
- Experience and ability to work in a multicultural international context.
- Possess the ability to work under and manage pressure and efficient with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in the use of Ms Word, MS Excel, and database application and internet.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities, interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills.
