Role Title:  Sales Executive - MFI

Location: Ekiti State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Work closely with the Partnership Sales team to serve existing and potential Microfinance Institution partners
  • In charge of branch level inventory management
  • Would oversee consolidating reports on competition, routes travelled, branches visited and activated, sales and stock position etc.
  • Providing product and service information
  • Efficiently supporting trade activations and marketing campaigns as per set plans.
  • Responsible for planning and conducting product and sales trainings to partner staff.
  • Fulfilling within reasonable time aftersales and warranty requirements.
  • Expected to drive sales across Micro Finance Institutions in assigned territory.
  • Supporting trade activations while resolving product issues effectively.
  • Responsible for receiving client queries and resolving consumer and channel queries with stipulated guidelines and timelines.
  • Fulfilling within reasonable time aftersales and warranty requirements.
  • Expected to drive sales across Micro Finance Institutions in assigned territory.
  • In charge of branch level inventory management

Required Qualification:

 

  • Hold a degree or advance diploma in Business Administration/ Sales and Marketing
  • Two years relevant experience in service/ FMCG or Renewable Energy industry
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Yoruba language.
  • Must be able to think clearly and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Applicant must be results oriented and possess the ability to prioritize measurable objectives.
  • Applicant must have an Android phone
  • Applicant must be Keen to deliver high standards of service
