Food Concepts is actively recruiting for the position below.
Role Title: Management Graduate Trainee
Location: Kaduna State.
Role Responsibility:
- Carryout the financial planning of the store
- Responding to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
- Carryout management meetings.
- Manage the Operations Excellence Audit action plan.
- Oversee the implementation of local sales building programmes
- Responsible for delivering outstanding customers' service always.
- Expected to ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are always adhered to.
- You would communicate and implement the national and local promotions.
- Maintenance of the overall quality and service standards.
- Regular flow up on management team shift control issues
- Designing of budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
- Keeping contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness using customer comment cards.
Required Qualification:
- B.Sc / HND in any suitable course.
- Possess at least a 2nd class lower division (B.Sc.) or Lower credit (HND)
- Outstanding leadership, motivational and management skills.
- Inventory Management skills
- Skilled in the use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc.
- Ability to respond quickly to internal and external clients request.
