Role Title: Management Graduate Trainee
Location: Jos, Plateau State.
Role Responsibility:
- Development of the Operations Excellence Audit action plan.
- You are to ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are always adhered to.
- Oversee financial planning of your branch
- Expected to respond to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
- Chair and conduct management meetings.
- Responsible for communicating and the implementation national and local promotions.
- Responsible for maintaining the overall quality and service standards.
- Expected to fllow up on management team shift control issues
- Management of the implementation of local sales building programmes
- You are to ensure outstanding customers' service is delivered always.
- Development budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
- Regularly maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback on service, food quality and staff friendliness using customer comment cards.
Required Qualification:
- Hold a B.Sc / HND in any suitable discipline.
- Candidate should possess at least a 2nd class lower division (B.Sc.) or Lower credit (HND)
- Excellent leadership, motivational and management skills.
- Possess inventory Management skills
- Strong proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc.
