Role Title: Client Service Executive
Location: Lagos State.
Role Responsibility:
• You are required to liaise with the medical crew to ensure that medical tests, investigations, and other procedures are carried out on patients without delay.
• Work hand in hand with front desk officers to ensure overall patient flow and excellent turn-around time for all services.
• See that patients are attended to promptly.
• You are required to be courteous and helpful to all patients/customers always.
• Reporting and communicating feedback to the appropriate authority especially the administrative manager.
• See that the workflow in the front office is done seamlessly and professionally.
• Developing and maintaining existing client relationship always.
• See that patients are promptly attended to in a professional manner.
• Show great sense of discretion and prioritize in emergency situations.
• Cross-marketing and Introducing of company services/products to clients and responding to client’s inquiries.
Required Qualification:
• Possession of relevant certifications.
• At least a minimum 2 years' customer service/call centre work experience.
• Sound IT skills
• Must possess excellent listening skills.
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
