Territory Sales Manager, Blaze Channel Job opening at Lumos

Lumos enables people to replace hazardous and expensive kerosene generators and lanterns with modern solar electricity that can power lights, cell phones, fans, computers, TVs and other small electronic devices.

Role Title: Territory Sales Manager, Blaze Channel

Location: Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom States.



Role Responsibilities:

  • You will manage Blaze Channel partners activation challenges
  • Interface between Lumos and LDP sales representatives and Rickshaw ridders for activation- First point of escalation
  • Generating and informing leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintaining positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Responsible for motivating, nurturing and mentoring the LDP reps for performance.
  • Identifying sales opportunities within the territory and explore. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Developing strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • You will answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Ensuring compliance of LDP Sales reps and Rickshaw ridders to SLA
  • Managing canvassers and rickshaw riders assigned to LDPs and Hubs within the territory.
  • Identifying sales opportunities within the territory and explore. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
  • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Troubleshooting, escalation and follow through resolutions of CRM and NIBSS downtime
  • Performing cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
  • Promoting specific products as directed by upper management

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a first degree in any course
  • Must possess excellent computer skills
  • Five years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG or Telecom
  • Preferred candidate must be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure stakeholders loyalty.
  • Verifiable track record in sales environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed periodic sales target
  • Previous experience with CRM platform
  • Proven experience in Solar and Telecom industry is required.
  • Candidate must have previous managing a defined territory with track records of achievement.
