Role Title: ICT Support Officer
Location: Lagos State.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will be in-charge of course coordination
- Manage internet text messaging and develop better ways to manage computer-related issues like virus, internet connectivity, synchronization, back up, etc
- Advice on good software/upgrade of software to company
- Create awareness of company's policy to all staff in terms of need to back-up synchronize, use of flash, basic system maintenance, etc.
- Carry out Research and assisting in Administrative and Technical issues.
- Schedule hard disk back up for office systems to work efficiently.
- Manage LAN, WLAN and internet facilities
- System maintenance and Installation and maintenance of training software
- Post vacancies on job sites when there is any existing job opening.
- Update company's websites and download CVs from company's mailbox and sort accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a B.Sc or B.Eng or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer science or any relevant field
- Minimum of three years relevant working experience.
- Proven experience in Web designing with Dreamweaver, Flash, PHP and MySQL, HTML, XHTML, javascript
- Candidate must be skilled in Computer graphic design with Corel draw, Photoshop, Image ready
- Demonstrated experience in software editing with adobe 7.0 professional
- Excellent use of System utilities software -partition magic pro.
