Role Title: IT Development Coordinator
Location: Nigeria
Role Responsibilities:
- Delegate and coordinate tasks and to ensure effective teamwork.
- Reliability and availability of the OPEC Database, the OPEC Intranet and related applications.
- Providing guidelines for system development and standard system development procedures.
- Providing guidelines for system development and standard system development procedures
- Developing new applications and provides reviews on related technology
- Providing reviews and analysis on various subjects and carries out other assignments as required
- Administering and providing software packages, licenses, and subscriptions of data publications
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the relevant superiors as pertain to his/her background, qualifications and position
- Planing, developing, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the IT Development Group
- Carrying out system analysis and feasibility studies for new applications
- Determining system specification and provides outlines for system design
- Developing standard procedures for implementation of new systems
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field. MSc would be a plus
- Ten years verifiable working experience.
- Relational Database, System Thinking, Feasibility Studies,
- Document and Records Management Systems
- Web Content Management (CMS) Systems
- Familiarity with a variety of software packages
