Role Title: Social Media Associate
Location: Lagos State
Role Responsibility:
• Required to respond to customers regarding their Social Media messages to improve their experience with Sun King products and services.
• Responsible for adapting the brand voice and communicating with social media followers and customers through channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Expected to resolve customers’ product issues.
• You are to follow up on incoming leads and working on converting them to sales.
• Expected to offer advice and product knowledge to an engaged customer base.
• You would be required to follow up with customers through email and phone as needed.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail in both written and audio responses.
• Preparation of reports based on analytic findings.
Required Qualification:
• Possess relevant academic qualifications
• Ability to work excellently under minimal supervision and be able to juggle many tasks simultaneously with an excellent sense of prioritization
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including database management experience
• Ability think and problem-solving skills
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Outstanding communication skills with eloquence in both written and spoken English
• Preferred candidate must be flexible, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
