Role Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Nigeria, West Africa.
Role Responsibilities:
- Expected to become an expert in the Modern Work methodologies, programs and processes.
- You will assist in creating bonds with their Modern Work customers and will fuel customer success, retention, growth, renewal and advocacy.
- Providing support, coaching and enablement to CSM or CE team to ensure effective delivery against the Monthly Active Usage and Utilization targets, drive adoption, create high-quality customer success plans, and monitor customer health.
- Responsible for building strong client relationships with the appropriate customer executives that support the CSMs engagements.
- Expected to Strengthen that relationship through a deep understanding of the customer’s business needs.
- Establishment of a BDM-focused culture.
- Helping remove blockers for the team.
- Leading the team to be a proactive, agile and responsive point of contact for the customer and to be an effective technical Voice of the Customer inside Microsoft.
- Expected to directly manage full-time employees (FTE) and vendor CSMs or CEs (Customer Engineers) that will cover managed Modern Work customers in their territory.
- Responsible for the establishment of a culture that grows account references, advocacy and loyalty for the CSM and CE practice by maintaining high levels of customer success and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a BA / BS or it’s equivalent qualification.
- Possession of an MBA in IT, finance, or general management is desirable.
- Five years of relevant experience in people management
- Ten years of relevant experience in consultative selling ideally in consulting or technical sales
- Five years of experience in driving change management and effective adoption within key technologies
- Demonstratable ability to map the customer’s business process to product capability
- Excellent technical understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams workloads.
- Possess outstanding executive engagement and communication skills
- Demonstratable ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers
- Candidate must be willing to travel - up to 40%
