Role Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Niger State and Kogi State
Required Qualifications:
- Holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- A minimum of fifteen years relevant work experience in Human Resources in the NGO sector is desirable
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, educate and coach colleagues.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations and privacy.
- Proven knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
