The Ama-Zuma Group was founded on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence. The group is presently made up of three subsidiaries: Ama-Zuma Services Limited, Ama-Zuma Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited and Ama-Zuma Bureau De Change.

Ama-Zuma Group is actively recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title:  Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Development and maintenance of a filing system
  • Handling confidential documents
  • Attending meetings and keep minutes.
  • Screening of emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments
  • Maintenance of electronic and paper records to ensure that information is organized and made easily accessible.
  • Management of agenda and arrangement of meetings, appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Preparation of correspondence on behalf of the GMD, and this also includes, the drafting of general replies.

 

Required Qualification:

  • B.Sc / HND in any field from an accredited university
  • Two years experience as a Personal Assistant or related position
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays
