Role Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos State.
Role Responsibility:
- Development and maintenance of a filing system
- Handling confidential documents
- Attending meetings and keep minutes.
- Screening of emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments
- Maintenance of electronic and paper records to ensure that information is organized and made easily accessible.
- Management of agenda and arrangement of meetings, appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Preparation of correspondence on behalf of the GMD, and this also includes, the drafting of general replies.
Required Qualification:
- B.Sc / HND in any field from an accredited university
- Two years experience as a Personal Assistant or related position
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
