Role Title: Enterprise Operation Specialist
Location: Lagos State
Role Responsibility:
- Training of new employees as necessary and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Staying informed with the current market trends and industry forecasts
- Assisting in the onboarding process, create and maintain customers’ accounts according to the payment solution model, including system mapping and setting up, special configuration, etc.
- Coordinating the different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
- Supervising expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounts department
- Provision of recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
Required Qualification:
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- At least five years cognate working experience
- Demonstrated experience in working in business operations or sales operations
- MMO or banking operation experience is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of MMO business logic, application scenarios, costs, and charges
- Possess the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
