A client of Sunrose Consulting Limited, a newly established company operating in the financial sector in Lagos, Nigeria. The firm provides financial services to a diverse clientele base.
Vacancy exist for the post of a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Role Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Lagos
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Managing Director, helping MD to manage and priorities his time.
- Manage and maintain MD’s diary and email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
- Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc.
- Troubleshooting problems.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree holder in any related discipline.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years requisite experience.
- Candidate must be organized and able to take charge.
- Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to use a lot of initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office package is essential.
