Role Title: Marketing and Customer Experience Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Get data and insights to resolve knowledge gaps, connect information and uncover fresh insights into customer needs, wants, desires to create actionable opportunities.
  • Partner with retail sales channels to understand shopper missions and how to win in- retail.
  • Analysing the category to understand what drives brand choice and category consumption, identifying the root causes of market performance and barriers and triggers to growth and understanding financial performance to provide recommendations.
  • Monitor key trend forecasts on how customers’, and shoppers’ worlds are evolving, and competitive activity to identify category value drivers
  • Develop Competitive Category Strategy through conducting strategic reviews and audits to understand the rules of the category, the key value drivers, segmentation and what it takes to win.
  • Define activity plans required to build equity and fulfill the brand vision and monitor performance to strengthen the mix.
  • Develop brand awareness and ensure Top of mind of value proposition amongst different segments
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure that Arnergy’s corporate strategies address customer’s problems, needs and realities.
  • Ensuring that Arnergy’s products and services deliver great value to customers and meet their needs.
  • Recognizing, identifying and building relationships with brand advocates and maximizing word of mouth marketing opportunities.
  • Exploring and designing a hybrid of personal and systematic tools to amplify customer delight and feel good factor towards accelerating massive adoption.
  • Leading, launching and ensuring a company wide customer advocacy culture.
  • Serving as a thought leader and representing the company at events and conferences.
  • Optimizing in- bound requests and customer touch points with clear reporting on metrics
  • Analyzing consumption, yield and generation data to ensure that the service level promises are delivered to customers.
  • Ensuring that service response and resolution times are compliant with the service level Agreements

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented Solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace. Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape.
  • Broad understanding of sales operations, closing sales with HNIs and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 and above years of work experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans
  • The tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Good IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
  • An excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally

Role Title: Manager, Supply Chain

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials and products.
  • Monitor forecast and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
  • Monitor external affairs or events affecting the supply chain and business operations.
  • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
  • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, quality, and warranty claim.
  • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms including letter of credits, Bill for collection with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
  • Build and/or improve credit terms with vendors and /or export credit agencies.
  • Proven track record of providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to deliver profitable growth.
  • Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
  • Develop and constantly update the approved vendor list (AVL) assessing performance and ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
  • Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, materials requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
  • Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
  • Implement transportation changes to reduce environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify new suppliers.
  • Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
  • Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
  • Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
  • Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
  • Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
  • Appraise vendor manufacturing and warranty fulfillment ability through on-site visits and measurements.
  • Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.
  • Doing everything else as assigned by your line manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented hardware product, and experience in evaluating and implementing renewable energy services to customers. Solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace. Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape.
  • Good knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and ROI
  • Ability to maintain a work environment and develop staff actions and activities with a focus on the future along with a sense of urgency towards current business activities that should align with the anticipated future business climate
  • A university degree and MSc. or equivalent experience of eight and above years of relevant work
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain management principles, ERP, WMS, transport routing software, and Lean implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects within timeline and budgetary constraints across functional areas
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment.
  • You bring a problem-solving mindset to any challenging situation.
  • Your ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information
