Role Title:  Enterprise Operation Specialist

Location: Lagos State

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Training of new employees as necessary and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Staying informed with the current market trends and industry forecasts
  • Assisting in the onboarding process, create and maintain customersaccounts according to the payment solution model, including system mapping and setting up, special configuration, etc.
  • Coordinating the different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
  • Supervising expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounts department
  • Provision of recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
  •  

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • At least five years cognate working experience
  • Demonstrated experience in working in business operations or sales operations
  • MMO or banking operation experience is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of MMO business logic, application scenarios, costs, and charges
  • Possess the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Location: Lagos State

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Undertake market research and customer surveys to assess prospective investors and create awareness about the company's services.
  • Maintenance and building of contacts with potential clients.
  • Expected to assist in organizing and attending events on behalf of the company
  • Expected to assist with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to generate client interest.
  • Sourcing for reputable investors in the government circles and reputable companies and organizations.
  • Implementing strategies for acquiring new customers/clients within the target market.

 

Required Qualification:

  • Possess a B.Sc or any related discipline.
  • At least five years cognate working experience
  • Experience working in the banking sector and must have attained the position of a manager.
  • Must possess sound negotiation and communication skill.
