Role Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos State. (2 opening, Island and Mainland)




Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely always.
  • Showing in-depth product knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all product information.
  • Providing friendly, efficient service to all walk-in customers.
  • Assisting in pricing merchandise, markdowns, restocking and other retail related duties.
  • Responsible for exciting customers about how new products can enhance their lives.
  • Expected to actively listen to customers and then provide them with solutions that are exactly what they need.
  • Assisting customer by suggesting additional merchandise that compliments their selections.
  • Required to know and use promotional event information to maximize sales.
  • Ability to effectively handle customer service issues.
  • Assisting and maintaining visual merchandising and selling floor standards.
  • Expected to act as an advisor or consultants to walk-in customers and over-the-phone customers.
  • Responsible for supporting Outlet Manager to execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
  • Assist in preparing of periodic physical inventory exercises.
  • Showing in-depth knowledge on the use PoS Systems for sales & other check-out functions

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Must be a female candidate
  • Hold a minimum of an HND.
  • At least a year of experience working in a luxury service retail environment, or other Customer service experience or retail sales experience.
  • Possess the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
  • In-depth knowledge of the different product categories and brands
  • Excellent analytical competencies, presentation, negotiation and persuasion Skills
  • A bilingual is highly desirable.

Role Title: Credit Analyst

Location: Lagos States.




Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for assessing credit worthiness of existing or prospective clients
  • Expected to examine financial transactions and credit history case by case applications, statements, legal documents etc.
  • Required to complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections
  • Responsible for evaluating clients credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them.
  • Determining in depth the degree of risk involved
  • Responsible for analyzing client records and using the data to recommend payment plans
  • Expected to carefully analyze data and produce clear and objective reports
  • Regularly supervise loans for compliance
  • Adherence to credit policy and guidelines
  • Supervise corporate portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis
  • Drafting models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Hold BSc in Economics, Banking and Finance or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution
  • Verifiable work experience as a credit analyst
  • Competence in statistical packages and financial software
  • Informed with legal, compliance and market risk related issues
  • Possess the ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
