Role Title: On-line Sales Representative
Location: Lagos State
Role Responsibility:
• Performing daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
• Providing excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Development of sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
• Maintenance of profitable and productive relationships with customers.
• Performing online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
• Expected to identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
• You would schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
• Updating customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• Expected to communicate with customers via phone calls, e-mails, chats, social media.
• Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Attending of sales training and educational programs for professional development.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
Required Qualification:
• Possession of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration/ Social Sciences or related field
• Preferred candidate must be internet savvy
• Must possess of three years work experience in relevant field.
