Role Title:  Assistant Branch Supervisor

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Keeping accurate record of all sales
  • Expected to develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Informing leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Expected to maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
  • Reply to customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints
  • Supervising and monitoring of branch staff
  • Working closely with the Branch Supervisor for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Informing leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Expected to maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
  • Respond to all prospect and customer questions accurately; prioritize and escalate prospect and customer questions as needed

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • At least years in Sales and Customer Service, preferably in Hospitality.
  • Two years cognate experience of leading a team.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Possess the ability to manage a branch facility, in relation to the organization's look and feel standard.
  • Ability to quickly escalate and resolve problems.

Project Accountant Job Opening at Society for Family Health (SFH)

Role Title:  Project Accountant

Location: FCT, Abuja

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Responsible for examining all financial documents for payment and ensuring the completeness and correctness of accounting classification.
  • Supervising of all project bank account and reconciling bank statement against project expenditure.
  • Management and monitoring the field accountants on the project.
  • Overseeing the issuance and the collection of staff travel advances, reconciling advance accounts, and follow up on outstanding advances.
  • Reviewing and compilation of direct tax deduction for remittance.
  • Responsible for building the capacity of sub-recipients to meet up with donor requirement, analyzing incoming finance data from sub-recipients and CSO to ensure correctness and accuracy
  • Preparation of monthly cost data analysis for the family planning facilities to monitor cost.
  • Preparation of regular project reimbursement, billing requests, invoices, and accompanying financial reports for the donor.
  • Preparing and analyzing various for the project – donor report, cash flow report, burn rate reports, management report, and other internal reports.

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Graduate degree in Accounting from a reputable institution
  • Certification in a recognized professional accounting qualification – ACA, ICAN, or ACCA.
  • At least six years post-NYSC working experience.
  • Previous knowledge working of NGO accounting and SAP software will be a plus
