They are currently recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title:  Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos State

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Expected to contact potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Management the branch facility on daily basis to safeguard all company’s assets and good ambiance and cleanliness
  • Responding to customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Generating and working on customer referrals
  • Promoting specific products and initiatives as directed by upper management
  • Responsible for the development and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers to guarantee retention
  • Maintenance of an accurate record of all sales and operations transactions of the branch
  • Liaise with all other cadres of staff in the branches to ensure proper conduct and team spirit.
  • Development of in-depth knowledge of company products.

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • B.Sc. in any suitable course
  • Five years in cognate experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably in the Hospitality Industry or a restaurant chain.
  • Three years experience in leading a team.
  • Verifiable track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, outstanding customer service and consultative sales skills.
  • Proven experience in managing a branch facility

Role Title:  Sales Executive (Oral Care)

Location: Lagos State

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Required to prospect for and arrange appointments with specialized clients such as dentists, dental nurses and pharmacists.
  • Carryout pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
  • Providing detailed product information of our Oral-care products to our specialized clients through meetings and cold calling.
  • Planning for provision of product training for our specialized clients
  • Required to prospect for and arrange appointments with procurement teams of Supermarkets, Hypermarkets and retail pharmacies.
  • Building and maintenance of positive working relationships new and existing clients
  • Management of assigned budgets for logistics and supply within your territory
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts
  • Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, regularly checking your business plans to make sure you achieve this
  • Responsible for planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
  • Required to regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
  • Analyzing sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
  • Supervising of competitor activity and competitors' products.

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any suitable field
  • Two years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing and business development.
  • Proven experience in sales of pharmaceutical/healthcare/dental products is a plus
  • Experience in sales and marketing to modern trade channels is desirable.
  • Possess sales and customer relationship skills
  • Sound understanding of the sales process and dynamics
