Role Title:  Transport Officer

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

• Keeping logs regarding the total distance which is travelled by the vehicles
• Expected to allot, monitor and over see all the responsibilities assigned to drivers, mechanics etc
• Supervision of the fuel purchased by administering fuel vouchers for all trucks to their respective drivers and ensuring compliance by regular visits to partner fuel stations.
• Ensuring that all trucks are complaint with legal regulatory and contractual requirements and where necessary escalating any identified issues and recommending resolution to the management.
• Responsible for issuing and collection of waybills
• Monitoring the development and maintenance of the company's transport safety policies, maintenance of rules and regulations
• Monitoring drivers' tests and maintenance of all records of testing and license
• Working closely with the maintenance team to find ways to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance.
• Responsible for directing activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking transportation trucks.
• Monitoring of drivers and to ensure that resources are used to maximum productivity.
• Preparation of cost estimates of vehicle, spare parts, equipment and manpower.
• Expected to perform checks of all vehicles to ensure that they are in working condition.

 

Required Qualification:

 

• OND / HND in Mechanic Engineering or B.Sc in Business Administration, Transport Management, or any equivalent discipline.
• At three years cognate relevant experience in transport operations
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles
• Candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess outstanding inventory management skills
• Candidate must be reliable and have the ability to work under tight schedule

Role Title:  Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

• Development and maintenance of a filing system
• Handling confidential documents
• Attending meetings and keep minutes.
• Screening of emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments
• Maintenance of electronic and paper records to ensure that information is organized and made easily accessible.
• Management of agenda and arrangement of meetings, appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Preparation of correspondence on behalf of the GMD, and this also includes, the drafting of general replies.

 

Required Qualification:

• B.Sc / HND in any field from an accredited university
• Two years experience as a Personal Assistant or related position
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with office management systems and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
