Role Title: Product Manager (Associate)

Location: Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing end-to-end product life cycle management from information gathering to reporting on effectiveness through analysis & financial management
  • Exercise knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) with the aim to enhance product features and internal processes
  • You will ensure that projects meet the needs of intended clients through efficient market research and regional input
  • You will collaborate and harmonize with Enterprise Systems engineering team, program associates to share required product properties.
  • Creating viable product design documents and clear product requirements for internal team.
  • You are to continuously iterate with relevant stakeholders to manage competing priorities and guide decision making in line organizational goals.
  • You will continuously make iterative decisions based on customer and business needs
  • Collaborate and harmonize with Enterprise Systems Engineering team to negotiate on the technical implementation options.
  • Establishment and reviewing of the test plans and lead UAT to ensure team capability
  • Collection of quantitative product data and metrics through market research
  • Gathering product requirements and align them with business goals
  • Coordination of with stakeholders to achieve the product vision
  • Actively mitigate impediments impacting the completion of release and sprint goals
  • You are to efficiently translate business strategies into technical capabilities and product roadmaps
  • Create viable product design documents and clear product requirements for internal team.
  • You are to continuously iterate with relevant stakeholders to manage competing priorities and guide decision making in line organizational goals.
  • Clearly communicate key product changes and updates with relevant stakeholders’ appropriate avenues such as trainings, webinars emails etc to create awareness about products and service.
  • requirements and deadlines are met
  • You will be responsible for conducting feedback sessions with Enterprise Systems Engineering teams to continuously iterate and improve team processes and performance
  • Utilization and staying current with modern platforms and methods

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Product Management, Information Systems or any relevant profession
  • At least a year relevant work experience as a Product Owner or in a Product Management role
  • Ability and willingness to provide support to and collaborate with internal units and external groups to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrated knowledge and relevant experience of modern technology stack
  • Proven ability to interpret data to derive business insights
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize projects and manage multiple dynamic priorities.
  • Ability to leverage technology to translate business requirements.

Role Title: Human Resources Associate

Location: Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be required to develop and execute a world-class on-boarding program for new hires.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like scheduling time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Keeping informed with the latest HR trends and best practice in the industry.
  • Responsible for developing and managing mentorship programs and overseeing mentoring cycle end-to-end.
  • Planing and implementing succession planning process for high potential employees.
  • You are to recommend strategies to motivate employees. Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Investigation and monitoring complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
  • Performing orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Managing the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Assisting with budget supervision, payroll and other adhoc HR projects.
  • Responsible for maintaining digital copies of employees' records.
  • Responsible for undertaking tasks around talent and performance management
  • You will schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Investigating complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
  • Performing orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Managing the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
  • Conducting employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
  • Hold a master’s degree or Human Resources Management Certification (e.g SHRM-CP, PHRi)
  • Three years of relevant experience in Human Resources Generalist or Specialist role
  • Experience in Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • Sound understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HR Information systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in payroll best practices
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
