Role Title: BTL Supervisor - Chinese Speaker

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

 

• Working with the marketing team in the supervision of the execution of marketing strategy regarding activation, campaigns and other channel priorities across Nigeria.
• Liaise with Chinese-speaking colleague daily.
• Translating BTL marketing activities into useful strategic insights thinking geared towards assessing optimizing our marketing spend.
• Work closely with all internal and external regional team members in the optimization of our marketing activities and carrying out trainings as required.
• Use internal research, cultural trends and competitive analysis to help identify the strategic direction for campaigns
• Monitor KPI management of each brand activity, giving assessment in our different region

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Ability to speak Chinese Language fluently is a MUST. HSK language or Chinese language studies is strongly desired.
• Candidate should hold HND or B.Sc. in any relevant course.
• Two years of experience in a Marketing, Advertising, Consumer Research, Brand Creative related role.
• Previous experience in advertising and Marketing agency
• Previous experience with strategic positioning, creative briefs, marketing briefs is a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Title: Experienced Business Development Specialist in Digital Media and Technology

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate business generation activities.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients - understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for business.
• Create informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
• Create and maintaining a database of prospect clients.
• Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities.
• Identify right Content partners locally, develop relationships with them, onboard them on Phoenix Browser, and manage expectations of clients.
• Accessing and analyzing backend data to improve content performance. Executive will use data to help partners improve their content quality and output.
• Training, research, publishing, and any other task that can improve the local content ecosystem.
• Provide insight and make appropriate recommendations to the team.
• Source advertising campaigns from brands, agencies and clients seeking to advertising on the Phoenix browser platform and will from time to time provide performance data to such clients.
• Work with marketing department to identify, define, deploy, and measure impact of marketing activities and campaigns across key channels.
• Provide support to the Head of Business Unit.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any related area.
• Must possess three years of work experience within digital, media, or technology industry.
• Ability to initiate and drive partnerships.
• Experience with content ecosystem and understanding of content business
• Understanding of platforms, data extractions, analysis and reporting. Strong analytic skills.
• Ability to deploy campaigns when needed.
• Experience in leading generation and prospect management
