Role Title: IT Development Coordinator

Location: Nigeria

Role Responsibilities:

• Delegate and coordinate tasks and to ensure effective teamwork.
• Reliability and availability of the OPEC Database, the OPEC Intranet and related applications.
• Providing guidelines for system development and standard system development procedures.
• Providing guidelines for system development and standard system development procedures
• Developing new applications and provides reviews on related technology
• Providing reviews and analysis on various subjects and carries out other assignments as required
• Administering and providing software packages, licenses, and subscriptions of data publications
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the relevant superiors as pertain to his/her background, qualifications and position
• Planing, developing, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the IT Development Group
• Carrying out system analysis and feasibility studies for new applications
• Determining system specification and provides outlines for system design
• Developing standard procedures for implementation of new systems

 

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field. MSc would be a plus
• Ten years verifiable working experience.
• Relational Database, System Thinking, Feasibility Studies,
• Document and Records Management Systems
• Web Content Management (CMS) Systems
• Familiarity with a variety of software packages
