Role Title: Personal / Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

As the Personal / Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining calendar and set up meetings
  • Providing documentation services and administrative support
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Performing routine filing of documents and screening incoming calls
  • Screening incoming mails as authorized, preparing document for mailing with special attention given to completeness of enclosures
  • Resolving minor facility problems within the executive office
  • Administering travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics for the executive office (reservations, tickets, visas etc.)
  • You will organize and maintain the executive office filing system
  • Asset Protection and Cost Management
  • Administrative and Personnel support services and any other duty or duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • And maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a graduate degree in Business Administration, English, Mass Communication, Psychology, Philosophy, Economics, Public Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • Certification in professional management courses will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of five years relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or other relevant experience
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

Role Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Estimation of costs of construction for the project team.
  • Accountable for preparation of bill of quantities, pricing and cost verification services that meet high quality standards.
  • Compute take-off and measurement of construction works for consultants' tender document and design drawings
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of bill of quantities for Road and building projects.
  • Measure and value work done on site (work related to structural, architectural and MEP trades) Preparation of bill for Engineering measurement and Evaluation.
  • You will maintain records and produce periodical reports of quantities and activities.
  • And evaluation and monitoring of cost of site resources.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of BSc in Building Quantity Surveying accredited by RICS
  • Candidate must have minimum 3 years relevant work experience in building surveying in well a structured environment as a Registered Surveyor.

 

Remuneration:

Range of 150,000 to 180,000 naira only monthly based on experience.
