Role Title: Shift Officer

Location: Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities: 

 

  • As the Shift Officer, you will plan shift production basis production plan and agreed process flow and recipe.
  • You will ensure all in process checks of Production /Quality (HACCP/ GMP) /GEP, Hygiene and PEST management are adhered, to and any deviations attended or escalated to appropriate level
  • Depute manpower as per their skill
  • You will ensure targeted output from man/ machine.
  • You will ensure all hygiene protocols are implemented as per SOP
  • You will complete all documentation in the shift.
  • Monitor packing and avoid issues of color
  • Commit to Zero defect production on critical defects
  • You will follow all commercial SOPs
  • Track stock levels of consumables for optimum quality and quantity output
  • You will plan maintenance for high uptime and reliability of machines.
  • You will train /arrange training of operators for high machine reliability
  • You will monitor output and wastage of machines
  • You will ensure legal and regulatory requirements like weights and measures are compiled to.
  • Liaison with staff / HODs of all other departments for smooth operation of plant

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Food / Engineering
  • Possess technical skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Possess good knowledge of food processing industry
  • Must have knowledge of GMP, GHK, and GHP.
  • Should have Good knowledge of WH practices
  • knowledge of ISO and HACCP systems
  • Have working knowledge of machines and engineering related with processing. industry
  • Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Excel
  • Should be aware of EHS / Fire and Safety hazards

  • As the Loan Recovery Officer, you will maintain a complete debt collection portfolio, and work with delinquent clients to resolve non-performing loans.
  • As the Loan Recovery Officer, you will review the company debtor list.
  • As the Loan Recovery Officer, you will contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • As the Loan Recovery Officer, you will advise customers on their payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience.
  • Have previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
  • Must be familiarity with state debt collection laws.
  • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and superb questioning techniques.
