Role Responsibilities:

  • Preferred candidate should be able to set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • You will organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • You will monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Preferred candidate should have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
