Role Title Digital Strategist

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Conducting web asset audits to map a brand's web presence and assess the effectiveness of each asset - biannually.
  • Expected to liaise with the various specialists involved with the implementation and management of our digital strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for clients to use digital technology to enhance their overall marketing mix: product, price, place, or promotion.
  • Performing a monthly detailed research into Hazon Holdings clients, their brands, their category, and competitors across multiple markets.
  • Carryout de-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing and create benchmarks - monthly.
  • Ensuring all communication is in line with brand guidelines and audience understanding
  • Would be expected to use of media research tools, to develop and execute sound, well thought out media plans based on client marketing direction
  • Ensuring defined campaign objectives are met in accordance with client briefs and campaign budgets
  • Engaged in community Management and development of social calendars as required.
  • Expanding the impact and role of content in the client's marketing mix as appropriate
  • Liaise with third party ad serving tools to traffic the campaign for launch
  • Managing the launch of campaigns delivering launch report to clients
  • Management of administrative duties including preparing and collecting insertion orders for every media buy
  • Developing media plans providing strategic thinking behind ad placement, rates and response projections of the campaign
  • Negotiating and buying media as per the media plan
  • Supervising live campaigns to identify any issues and optimization steps
  • Must always be alert to new media and new methods of using existing media and innovative solutions to deliver objectives

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
  • Three years relevant work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital Curator Manager
  • Sound understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Proven experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Proven experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Previous experience managing a blog site
  • Proven experience with SEO / SEM, Top-notch graphics and Content Creation

Role Title:  Quality Control Manager

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Responsible for the management of the provision of analytical services; that is the finished products, intermediate products, raw materials and packaging materials and components).
  • Development of testing, manufacturing, packaging procedures and other critical quality documents, and management of their controls to ensure world-class Quality Management System.
  • Would be require having complete authority and responsibility for the sampling, testing, acceptance and rejection of all raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate materials being received into the company to ensure only materials of acceptable quality are always received.
  • Development of testing specifications, monographs and reports for all raw and packaging materials, finished and intermediate products.
  • Would be require having complete authority and responsibility for the sampling, testing, acceptance and rejection of intermediate and finished products produced by the company.

 

Required Qualification:

 

  • Hold a B.Sc. / HND in Applied Sciences, especially Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry,
  • Post graduate qualifications in science is a plus
  • At least five years cognate working experience in Quality Management Process of a pharmaceutical company  
  • Must have knowledge of practical instrumentation method of analysis.
