I-Fitness Centre Limited has grown from a one location gym Lekki, Lagos State, to a multi-location fitness center with over 2,000 subscribers.

They are currently recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title:  Telesales Specialist

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

• Reaching out to prospective customers, responding to questions from existing customers, and resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Contacting of prospective customers to sell subscriptions and products
• Calling current customer to remind them of the expiration of their subscriptions
• Responsible for conducting telephone surveys
• You would be required to attend to telephone customer complaints

 

Required Qualification:

 

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Communications or Marketing
• Possession of certification in marketing and sales is an added benefit
• Two years of experience working in a call center
• Excellent pace, pitch, and tone and the ability to be natural and conversational, not scripted and stilted.
• The ability to pose insightful and engaging questions
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Possess the ability to handle and deflect objections that will inevitably come up
