Role Title: Business Development Officer

Location: PH, Rivers State.




Role Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for making presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients' future needs
  • You are to participate in pricing the solution and service
  • Carryout research and build relationships with new clients
  • Responsible for working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • You required to present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Forecasting sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Tracking and recording activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
  • Based on the knowledge of the market and competitors, you are to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Arrangement and participation in internal and external client debrief.
  • Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • You are required to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of two years experience in sales and marketing or business development.
  • Ability to drive business growth and development
  • Ability to identify customer needs and challenges
  • OND or HND in the Social Sciences or equivalent field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Title: Registered Nurse

Location: FCT, Abuja.




Role Responsibilities:

  • Performing patient assessment by using appropriate, problem-focused, and age-specific assessment techniques.
  • Analyzing the assessment data, derive nursing interventions, set priorities according to patients needs, formulate a plan of care, implement and evaluate the outcome.
  • Documentation of all relevant data in the electronic medical record according to clinic standards.
  • You are required to treat patients and families with care and respect while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Involving patients, significant others, and health care providers in the plan of care when appropriate.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines through multidisciplinary meetings and care conferences to facilitate patient care and operations.
  • You are to ensure that the availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment needed for the unit and patient care.
  • You will be accountable for the use of patients’ and the hospital’s resources.
  • You will be accountable to the patient, the organization, the profession and self.
  • You would be required to administer medications, monitor desirable and undesirable effects and intervene appropriately.
  • Ensuring that patients are provided with appropriate nutrition.
  • Management of patients with infectious diseases when applicable.
  • Management of pediatric patients with infectious diseases when applicable.
  • Travel to patients’ homes to deliver care as required.
  • You are to strictly follow clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures set by the clinic management.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing college or University with High Distinction (Top 10% of graduating class is desirable).
  • Current clinical experience in direct patient care.
  • Minimum experience of 24 months in a 20+ bed hospital in the last 3 years.
  • Three years of relevant postgraduate nursing experience in an accredited University Teaching, Federal Medical Center or International hospital.
  • Possession of a current nursing license to practice in Nigeria.
