Role Title: Java Developer

Location: Lagos State.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Documenting projects and promptly address technology needs.
  • Liaise with Proten International client's staff to conceptualize and implement enhancements to the client's Mobile Authentication Service (MAS) solution, with a focus on the client's software and web portal development.
  • Harmonized and work closely with team members from various locations and functions.
  • You will have broad exposure to a variety of modern technology paradigms, including high-performance runtime systems, Linux cloud servers, and big data analytics systems.
  • Development of new features in the web portal and in other MAS projects

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Hold Bachelor's degree in any IT equivalent area.
  • Proven excellent communication skills.
  • Three years working experience in IT / Web Application development.
  • Three years full-time verifiable experience as a back-end developer.
  • Intermediate working knowledge in Java and Java frameworks.

  • Maintenance of payment plan and benefits program
  • Assessment of training needs to apply and oversee training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Setting objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Organize in-house recruitment events
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Discussing employees' career development paths with managers

 

Required Qualifications:

                                                     

  • Minimum of eight years of experience HR role
  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Verifiable working experience as HR Manager or role
  • Proven experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Previous knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Proven ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
