Role Title: Assistant Legal Officer (5 opening)

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
• Writing case briefs of depositions and contracts and drafting legal documents when required
• Preserving an updated case record system
• You are required to assist the Group Legal Manager
• Reviewing of all company agreements and drafting of agreements between the company and the independent contractors and third parties.
• Writing reports and collating information
• You will file case documents in an organized manner for easy access
• Sending faxes and mails and making copies of legal documents
• Ensuring effective transactions between the company and Real estate sellers
• You will facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminder
• Keeping and getting informed information about any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Hold a minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field to the role.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable work experience.
