Role Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
• You will take direct responsibility to market the company’s product
• You organize field visits to generate sales, manage customers and their transactions.
• You are required to contribute to marketing communication materials to promote the Company as a brand
• You will engage in researching and providing market intelligence reports regularly or as necessary
• You will constantly be fulfilling assigned sales targets.
• You are required to contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing Programme.
• You will plan and manage marketing events and evaluating their success

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any relevant course
• Possession of a postgraduate degree would give you an edge.
• Minimum of seven years work experience in a relevant position

Role Title: Client Relations Officer

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

 

• Resolving clients’ complaints directly either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Regularly update and all Client database.
• Maintaining accurate record for easy use and future references.
• Documenting briefs and reports of all formal meetings with clients and circulate accordingly to the relevant departments for further action.
• Maintaining and growing clients’ relationships and managing clients’ expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction in line with the organization’s product and service
• You are to update the CRM and ensure that account managers are aware of changes with clients.
• You will maintain a strong and effective relationship with clients’ at both the tactical and strategic level.
• Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of the products and services delivered or to be delivered to clients.
• Managing relationships with clients’ during and after sales
• Keeping records of clients’ interactions, transactions, enquiries, comments and complaints.
• Obtaining and processing all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Liaise and with other departments and Managers to resolve Clients’ issues and expedite work.
• Managing important information about clients’ issues of concern to relevant departments with the Head of Department’s approval.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Possession of a Postgraduate degree would be a plus.
• Minimum of five years work experience.
