Role Title: Business Development Officer

Location: FCT, Abuja

Role Responsibilities:

• Grow the existing risk asset portfolio in line with the company's strategy
• Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with customers within the retail and MSME segment that need loans and advances to support their business
• Manage existing clients' portfolio as well as develop new business opportunities by generating risk assets within the MSME and retail market
• Leverage the company's existing relationship by developing and executing proactive, creative and on-going contact initiatives
• Prepare sales pitches, presentations and other documents required for client's engagements
• Coordinate the approval process; managing information flow and ensuring that the credit follows the stated approval process for the facility limit
• Monitor industry trends and obtain necessary intelligence to be used as input for new product development
• Monitor and Recovery of PDO's /Expired loans.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
• Negotiations/meetings with customers who want loan work out options such as refinancing, rescheduling and restructuring.

 

Required Qualifications:

·         Hold a bachelor's degree any relevant field

·         Minimum of five years relevant work experience

Role Title: Senior Engineer.

Location: Agbara, Ogun State.

Role Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, carry out project design & implementation and partner with procurement unit to ensure availability of engineering spare parts.
• Drive the economies of scale across all the processing facilities under the Group by sourcing the right Spare Parts, Raw materials, Packaging materials, and Machine tools.
• Supervise the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product
• Delegate tasks as necessary to engineering team
• Coordinate the engineering team, assigning short- and long-term goals for successful completion of the project’s plans.
• Ensure safety of the worksite during development.
• Review safety standards for the finished product.
• Make sure all projects and undertakings stay on budget and within the projected time schedule.
• Manage the engineering team and oversees training of new employees.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a B.Eng.
• Ten years relevant engineering experience in Biscuit or Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent planning, analytical and strong people leadership skills.
• MBA and Membership of COREN will be a plus
• Mechanical Engineering background with knowledge of electrical maintenance.
