Role Title: Project Director

Location: Niger State and Kogi State

Required Qualifications:

• Holds a master’s Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Sociology, a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of ten years experience in managing development projects.
• Experience working in other African countries with a strong focus on field implementation is desirable.
• Proven experience in managing projects with focus on behavior change would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English.

Role Title: Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Manager

Location: Niger State and Kogi State

Required Qualifications:

• Holds a master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Demography, Anthropology, Development Planning, Social Work, Epidemiology or equivalent
• A minimum of ten years of relevant work experience of monitoring and evaluation in public health/nutrition or any large social sector programs.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques and methodologies including knowledge of conducting operations research, household surveys and qualitative assessments; data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
• Competency with analytical tools and software such as Stata, SPSS, MS Excel, etc. Knowledge of other Nigerian languages will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications:

• Holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• A minimum of fifteen years relevant work experience in Human Resources in the NGO sector is desirable
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, educate and coach colleagues.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations and privacy.
• Proven knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
