Role Title: Area Customer Loyalty Executive

Location: Sango/Abeokuta, Ogun State.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Intervene on the field when the collection score is:
    • Visit 5 concerned EOs with collection score
    • Agree upon a plan with Head of Sales every Friday evening (for the next week Monday to Friday), as well as provide the detailed update on observations found.
  • Intervene through field staff on EOs whose Collection Scores are greater than 50 (in previous method, V2 Disable rate is between 30% to 49%) Greenlight Planet Sun King Nigeria Limited Customer Loyalty Executive:
    • Once a week call all the ABMs affected and record feedback on a Google sheet with related details about the situation and the ABM’s plan to get it sorted. Following each call expect to see login or Kazi calls being made by the ABM. 80% of calls should result into at least 5 successful Kazi calls made by the ABM.
  • Driving Kazi app awareness, effectiveness and understanding in the field
    • Become the main point of contact for Kazi related requests and issues among the field staff. 90% of issues related to Kazi should be managed and followed up directly by the role. Keep track on a Google sheet of all the issues raised by the field staff and EOs as well as post requests for new improvements to be made on the pipeline kept by the developer.
  • To make sure repossessions become standard practice in the field with spontaneous repossession become the norm and assisted repossessions are reduced to the most difficult cases. All repossession activity should be driven by Kazi app:
    • Gradually increase the ratio of spontaneous / assisted repossessions to 90% and maintain the ratio above 90%
    • 80% of due repossessions to be made or attempted within 2 weeks from the due date (60) days
  • Initiate Hiring and Manage the team of Collection Associate (Typically 1 per region) who would perform or help in the above-mentioned tasks at an area level.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree/Diploma holder in Social Sciences or related subjects
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience especially in the field. Preferably having worked in Solar energy Industry, Microfinance or Telecom
  • Strong customer service skills, know how to talk and negotiate with customers, experience in loan collection and customer database maintenance is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills both in English and local dialect of the area
  • Preferred candidate is self-motivated, process and result oriented, able to work Independently in challenging environments
  • Passionate about working with rural consumers and resolving their issues

Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer at Paga, you will be responsible for broad technical design, implementation and administration of numerous platform services on Paga’s cloud infrastructure.
  • Effectively assume independent ownership for the operation of significant components or areas of the cloud infrastructure, to successfully help the organization scale efficiently, and cost-effectively.
  • Help develop and grow the technical vision for the Paga platform and engage meaningfully in the strategic development of the overall business. Engage directly in business strategic leadership when it relates to platform solutions
  • Independently own/oversee major areas of the cloud platform infrastructure including planning, architecting, operating, monitoring. Own responsibility for key delivery criteria such as availability, performance, reliability, cost, security and maintainability for large portions of the cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership to foster a motivated and productive small team of platform engineers. Contribute continuously to the professional growth of other more junior peers.
  • Provide broad-scoped yet in-depth review of the work of teammates and reports.
  • Drive development and improvement of technical product development processes in collaborations with the other product development teams.
  • Working effectively with industry/ecosystem partners to accomplish business goals related to the platform.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree holder in a related discipline
  • A minimum of five years relevant experience working on enterprise platform engineering 
  • Two years of cloud platform implementation/administration relevant working experience
