Role Title:  Store Keeper

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Carryout reconciliation between Bin card and ERP system data
  • Responsible for planning and performing work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of stock.
  • In-charge of inspection of order/spare parts
  • Expected to keep records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
  • Monitor selection and disbursement of spare parts as requested

 

Required Qualification:

  • Possess OND or HND in any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Store Keeping in Automobile Parts Store.
  • Experienced in excel usage
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to work in a team.

Role Title:  Assistant Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos State.

 

Role Responsibility:

 

  • Responsible for assisting in coordinating procurement activities in strict compliance with the Procurement policies.
  •  
  • You are to receive orders and verify that the correct items and amounts have been delivered.
  • Responsible for receiving requisition and process L.P.Os accordingly.
  • Assisting in the preparation of request for quotation, initiations to bid, request for proposal and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching pricing by obtaining quotes from local market.
  • Assisting in Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies and maintain accurate purchasing and pricing records.
  • Ensuring and record inventory, and take note when inventory is low.

 

Required Qualification:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Procurement and Logistics or any suitable Social Science discipline.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required
  • Possess the ability to work independently with proven result
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Procurement Officer.
  • Good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Skills
  • Sound analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
