Role Title: Finance Intern

Location: Nigeria, West Africa.

Role Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare refund documents in the event of wrong payments made by customers.
• Supporting the Head F-OTC and Treasury in banking information management and customer collections and recoveries.
• Responsible for regular tracking and tracing of customer payments to facilitate timely credit order releases.
• Prepare of treasury related documents. That is banking access maintenance, Trades and FX documents, etc.
• Regularly monitor the cash balance across multiple bank accounts.
• Fully support resolution of vendor payments issues until full migration of F-PTP to SSC.
• Supporting the Head F-OTC and Treasury in ensuring proper cash management, effective execution of all treasury related documentations.
• Engage in customer collection calls to gather issues for further internal discussions and resolutions.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent field
• A minimum of one year working experience.
  
• Must be organized with personal workload, efficient and accurate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Previous SAP experience would give you an edge.

Role Title: Safety & Security Manager

Location: Nigeria, West Africa.

Role Responsibilities:

• Management of all project and contractor’s safety activities in line with Henkel standards and procedures.
• Responsible for incident reporting, investigation for the RCA and implement the action plan.
• Responsible for ensuring full safety compliance on site.
• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and tracking training programs on site and promoting safety.
• You will oversee and foster actions closures for the Site integrated action plan with sustainability.
• You will excellently Plan, schedule, implement, report, and track the safety & Security audits for both Henkel and local legal standards.
• You will participate actively on-site, in order to support on safety and security management through Risk assessment, Training, Inspection, Audit, verification of actions and promote safety in line with Local legal and Henkel standards.
  
• Implement site-specific safety programs to improve the site safety culture always.
• Ensuring that the participation, consultation of blue collars in safety through regular safety committee meetings, Safety ambassador programs.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Previous work experience in a FMGC or Chemical Continuous Manufacturing Companies in Occupational Safety and Health is required.
• Eight years previous working experience.
• Must be certified in occupational health and safety Nebosh.
  
• Familiarity with Local legal requirements.
• Preferred candidate must be a qualified safety Auditor.
• Must be competent in the use of MS Office tools.
