Erisco is actively recruiting for the position below.

 

Role Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for –

• Maintenance and clean machines and tools before, during and after each shift
• Troubleshooting of problems during machine operation.
• Effectively perform safety and maintenance checks on machine regularly.
• Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
• Ensuring that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output.
• Operating production machine in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensuring quality objectives are achieved and equipment downtime is minimized.
• Maintenance of production line and equipment to a high level of hygiene
• Effectively perform machine set up and change over.
• Understand the operating conditions, control and adjust machine.
• Effectively perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production cycle.
• Ensuring needed materials are always ready and available.
• Maintenance activity logs of all relevant data
• Providing relevant information regarding progress to supervisors
• Effectively perform basic cleaning, inspection, lubrication (CIL) on the machine.
• Maintenance a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that machine/ machine environment is clean and organized appropriately.
• Ensuring that the products manufactured from the machine were of good high quality.
• Ensuring adjustment to improve product quality when necessary.
• Monitoring the machine regularly to arrest preventable breakdown.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Candidate should be between the ages of 25 to 35 years.
• Hold OND in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical and Instrumentation) Trade Test/ SSCE/WASCE
• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing.
• Previous experience working in food and beverages

Role Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Lagos State.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be in-charge of –

• Monitoring and adjustment of production processes and equipment to ensure product quality.
• Responsible for the maintenance of production log and prepare documents.
• You are required to check product to ensure conformance to company standard
• Responsible for performing corrective machine and routine check, cleaning, inspection and lubrication as well as cleaning immediate work area.
• Recording production information such as quality, weight, date and product type.
• Maintenance shift log and other data.
• You will set up and adjust filling and processing machine according to standard Operating Procedures.
• You are required to initiate and shut down production equipment.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring that products meet high-quality standard.
• Maintenance of the production machinery necessary to perform a specialized task.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Minimum of OND, HND in a relevant field
• Verifiable two years of work experience in a similar position.
