Role Title: Sales Executive (5 opening)
Location: Lagos
State.
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparation of necessary paperwork contracts, leases, deeds,
closing statements etc.
- You will promote sales through advertisements, open
houses and listing services
- Keeping up with trending information about real estate markets
and best practices
- Maintaining accurate and updated master list of available
properties.
- Work and
liaise
with the legal team to ensure all contracts are signed and kept properly.
- Closing
deals and
transactions and ensure all payments and
fees
are made.
- Build a strong network by Sourcing and signing up new clients
- Ensure customer retention and Conduct inspections with clients
- You are to determine clients' needs and financials
abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Displaying and market real property to possible buyers
Required
Qualifications:
- Preferred applicant must Must be Male
- Proven experience as a real
estate agent or salesperson
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years in
relevant role
- Proven experience in Real Estate is most preferred.
- Ability to meet up with
deadlines, exceed expectations and work under pressure.
- Excellent skills in
communication and presentation is required.
